The Final Test is the Deadliest!
While I'm happy to perform for an audience, I am equally delighted to teach private voice lessons and use my experience from the stage to create compelling characters on the page. I am the author of the Rebecca Robbins mystery series (Minotaur Books), The Paige Marshall Glee Club mysteries (Berkley) and The Testing YA triology (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt).
I have heard so many things about this trilogy, some very good, others not as much... I hope you'll love the final book!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
I didn't love the first book. It was VERY much like THG. And there were some other technical issues that I had. The second book was much better though there were still some technical issues.
DeleteI have book one, but I still have not read it! I know that this trilogy is extremely popular, and it's been optioned for film? That's so cool. And purple is my favorite color :D I hope you read and enjoy this book!
ReplyDeleteCheck out my WoW post!
Has it been optioned? I have not heard that. I'm not a lover of the covers, but covers don't always make the book I suppose.
DeleteYes, it was announced in JUNE.
DeleteAlso, I love the color of the cover, not necessarily the cover itself. Heh.
I want to start this series so bad! Just need to find the time;-) Awesome pick! Thanks for stopping by my WOW.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a bit to get into it with the first book, but I pushed through to book 2 and I'm glad I did. Enjoy!
DeleteI'm reading The Independent Study at the moment so I skipped on reading the blurb. I like the idea of the story very much despite it's similarities to THG. I hope you love the ending!
ReplyDelete- Sam @ Falling Books
I liked INDEPENDENT STUDY better than THE TESTING for sure. Enjoy!
DeleteI've heard great things of the first two, but I haven't had the chance to read them. I hope you enjoy the book though :D
ReplyDeleteMy WoW :)
