ReplyDeleteYour welcome my friend!!!!
DeleteI couldn't possibly pick a favorite book from 2013. There were so many! I'll list a few that stuck with me... The Red Sun Rises by Victoria Kinnaird because it was great and she has a beautiful writing style, the whole Take It Off series by Cambria Herbert if you've read them then you know why, Fire Country by David Estes and The Fault in Our Stars wasn't published in 2013 but I read it in 2013 and loved it in 2013!
ReplyDeleteHere's to 2014 being as great or better than 2013!!
LOVE David's books. I was fortunate enough to beta read most of them! I have read some of Cambria's work, I really like it. Haven't read this new series though! Happy new year and thanks for stopping by!
DeleteMy "favorite" book for an entire year is so difficult to pick. For mainstream, I have to say Seanan McGuire's October Day novels. I read them too fast to even get my reviews down yet! For an indie/small press book, I'll give a shoutout to the first horror book I've EVER liked: Atty Eve's My Beautiful Suicide. It's been a great year for my bookshelf, and I wish I could tell all the authors I found inspiring how much their books helped me cope with this stressful period in my life. Their books- my BFFs- are my companions and my escapes during times of overwhelming anxiety and hours of insomnia.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! Have a Happy New Year!
DeleteI find it so hard to pick a favorite :( SOOO many good books!!

ReplyDeleteNever heard of these, will have to look them up! Happy New Year and thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteJust hit the edit button. I will have to fix it now. Not sure why it would be invalid.
DeleteAs for my favorite book of 2013, that would be This Man Confessed by J.E.M. I loved Jesse (and if I'm being honest, I still do and will always do :D). I wasn't a big fan of adult reads (although I'm an adult : probably because I'm a childish one at that) but the This Man series is definitely an exception for me because I totally fell head over heels (or in my case, flats) in love with Jesse :D
DeleteJust clicked the edited link and it worked :D
Deletethanks :)
Glad it's working now! Thanks for stopping by!
